When I, Nico Konstantin Papalamprou, successfully completed my training as a merchant for insurance and finance in 2013, I quickly became familiar with the financial and entrepreneurial aspects of everyday life through my seamless transition to working as an insurance salesperson in the field and the associated daily customer contact and began to deal with them in more detail.

In 2015, the first commercial client approached me and asked if I could write him a concept. I answered unsuspectingly with "Yes"After an endless Google search and hours of work, the concept was finished – two A4 pages, not particularly attractive, not very well formatted, but seemingly all the better in terms of content – the landlord had chosen my client as the tenant based on the concept!

Over time, I noticed that more and more vacancies were appearing and I gradually began to change sides - from the tenant side to the landlord or owner side.

I created initial concepts for my own use and then discussed them with partners and colleagues from the real estate industry. I received a great response, and it eventually became our current main business. Since I couldn't find any competitors offering comparable services even after extensive research, I couldn't learn any tricks from them. Ultimately, that was a good thing, because our path as NQ Konzeptbüro was meant to be our own—and that's exactly what it was!

Here we are... Over 300 concepts and just as many happy clients later, I still enjoy realizing projects with my team every day and creating real value.
